Twist Throttle

Ordered our Doheny e-bike while in Florida but timed it so it would arrive on or about our return home. As it turned out, it arrived the day we arrived home, via UPS & all was packaged & boxed very well. Had no problems with the assembly as I had watched the utube videos multiple times before it arrived. The only delay was the twist throttle which was shipped separately from Dana Point while the Doheny e-bike was shipped from the Cypress, TX location. Stewart, the Manager was very helpful & called me a number of times to answer questions I had & he was very patient. I could tell he wanted me to be happy with the purchase & the after sale help as well. The bike is very solid, I'm a 85 year old man, 260 lbs. The Twist Throttle arrived & very easy to install. Having owned Harley's over the last 35 years, I preferred the twist throttle as opposed to the thumb throttle. Very pleased with the purchase & I know if I have any questions, Stewart will be ready to answer them for me.
